As part of our learning policy, we attach a great deal of importance to good citizenship.

Children in nursery belong to their own mixed group and have a key member of staff specifically to look after their interests.

The children are helped to develop self confidence and self respect as well as consideration for others in the nursery environment.

We encourage them to respect all life, property and the environment.

Our programme includes lesson on health and safety, dealing with strangers, meeting service people such as firefighters, police and paramedics, being part of a community and fire prevention.

We teach the children to be orderly, clean and tidy, and look after their personal hygiene, as well as good manners and social etiquette.

Above all. the children will have fun!
